ultimo album del 1997 , per questa band pop scozzese.La musica dei long fin non era particolarmente aspra ma i nostri non raggiungeranno mai la notorieta' , l album si apre con un pezzo quasi drum n bass suonato naturalmente ! per poi trascinarci nei territori del pop vicino a talk talk , cure ,prefab sprout il tutto condito da archi fiati vibrafono e chissà quanto ancora, insomma riscoprite i loro dischi e il loro pop d' autore..

Questo nuovo progetto musicale è molto affascinante , grazie ai tessuti elettronici di nick guy i nostri ci regalano paesaggi che vanno da momenti ambient a visioni psichedeliche sempre molto affascinanti , fa piacere ascoltare ancora la chitarra liquida di roy come in evening lunga cavalcata verso il sole!ben tornato roy..........ne avevo bisogno!

album di esordio per questa band inglese, iniziamo col dire che la musica contenuta in questo album non è come si dica in giro dream pop, piuttosto è un buon pop psichedelico molto anni 60, con una impronta molto cinematografica.Molte tastiere vintage e chitarre eteree fanno da tappeto sonoro alla cantante dotata di una voce vellutata quanto impalpabile. Mi hanno ricordato in alcuni passaggi addirittura i broadcast meno elettronici, nel complesso è un buon album( anche se niente di strabiliante)...

This debut album by British band, let's start by saying that the music on this album is not dream pop,rathed it is a very good  psychedelic pop  60 years, with a footprint very cinematic. Many vintage keyboards and guitars, ethereal form a carpet of sound to the singer with a voice as velvety impalpable. They reminded me in some passages even less electronic broadcasts, overall it's a good album (although nothing amazing) ...
